Salary:              £22,000 - £25,000

Hours:              37.5 Hours (shift pattern 08:30-16:30/09:30-17:30)


An existing opportunity has arisen due to an increase in workload, to join our client who is a global provider of luxury goods. You will join the team as a German speaking customer service advisor. 

Your role as a German speaking customer service advisor is to be their front-line support to their German speaking customers and client base. You will provide a first-class service to all customers and clients.

Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Dealing with incoming customer queries via tickets, emails, telephone or live chat
  • Manage customer online orders and product information
  • Deal with any incoming queries or complaints and provide a resolution
  • Daily interaction with retail and ecommerce clients
  • Liaise and track orders via couriers
  • Creating and processing telephone ecom orders for customers
  • Checking stock levels
  • Assisting with returns, replacements or exchanges as required

Previous experience and skills:

  • Must be a fluent written and oral German and English language speaker
  • Must have previous customer service experience either face to face, telephone or online
  • MS Office experience essential
  • Must have excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator and able to liaise with customers at all levels
  • Must be able to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
