CNC Sliding Head Turner

Job Title: CNC Sliding Head (Operator/Setter/Programmer)
Location: Redditch
Shift: Day Shift Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:15pm
Pay Rate: £16.00ph

Day to day duties:
* Running CNC Sliding Head Machines
* Working with Fanuc controls
* Offline programming (Training course available)
* Checking quality of product 1st off inspection
* Using gauges to check tolerances of the product
* Working alongside XYZ, 5-axis machines
* Making components for the motorcycle industry, '30'000' batches.

Skills required for the position:
* Programming desired
* Experience with Fanuc controls
* Must have Sliding Head experience
* Experience making highly detailed components
* Experience working to tight tolerances
