Job Title: Post Completions Clerk                                               

Location: West Bromwich

Shift: Full time, office hours                                              

Pay Rate: From £17,500+ DPOE                    

We are currently recruiting for a Post Completions Clerk for a growing firm in West Bromwich.

What’s your average day?

  • Submitting SDLT’s and documents to Land Registry
  • Replying to requisitions
  • Closing files
  • Clearing monies on account
  • Ensuring all transfer and mortgage documents are signed correctly
  • Sending deeds back to clients
  • Sending files to storage

Who can do this?

  • Experience with Land Registry applications and SDLT is essential
  • Must have experience in case management systems
  • Must have good understanding of both transfer of whole and part
