Job Title: Head Office Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £20,000-£25,000
Hours: Flexible 7.30-4.30pm or 8am-5pm or similar
Our client is a groundworks and civil engineering contractor with over 25 years experience. You will be based at their Head office and provide all round administration support to all departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is going through a rapid period of growth. Dependant on your skills and experience, there are a number of roles to develop further into in the future.
Day to day duties will include the following:
• Providing administration support to Health & Safety team
• Providing administration support to Buying & Plant team
• Providing administration support to Accounts team
• Dealing with incoming customer queries
• Responding to client needs as requested
• Liaison with suppliers
Previous experience and skills:
• You must have excellent communication skills
• Positive team player
• Microsoft office experience including Excel
• Must have worked within a fast paced environment previously
• Flexible and adaptable
• Happy to switch between teams to provide support where needed
