IT Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ As part of the European IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining the entire infrastructure and providing a qualitative high-quality support for colleagues in Germany ▪ Maintaining the daily operation of the IT systems and infrastructure on prem and cloud services ▪ Supporting internal customers to solve their IT-related problems via the IT ticketing system ▪ Provision of technical support for Windows, VMWare, MS Server, MS Intune, Office 365, Barracuda, Azure/AWS, VoIP, GPO and AD within European business ▪ Maintaining relationships and interfaces with external IT suppliers and service providers ▪ Helping to control IT costs and improve the efficiency of IT systems in Europe ▪ Assisting in maintaining European disaster recovery plans and conducting tests to ensure the ensure readiness and effectiveness ▪ Ensuring the continuity of business-critical systems and data through backup processes, month-end procedures and others methods
WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU: ▪ Training as an IT specialist or comparable with at least 3 years of IT helpdesk experience ▪ CCNA, Network+ or MCP, experience managing and maintaining servers, supporting disaster recovery processes, in the implementation of cyber security processes ▪ Familiarity with ITIL procedures or similar. ▪ Strong communication skills, including very good spoken and written English
