We are looking for an innovative Creative Director who could flex their creative and design skills between the exciting home and lifestyle world and the more traditional agricultural and construction industry. You’ll have excellent time management skills and will be both an independent and collaborative worker.

As our new Creative Director, you’ll already be an expert in establishing brands for growth and successfully bringing new brands to life – We desire someone who is passionate about delivering a big return on investment and has the ability to create new ideas and see it through from the beginning right through to the end.

As Creative Director, you will be a key stakeholder in executing our growth plans, further developing the brand, helping to lead outbound marketing to drive new business forward. You will be able to build on your existing team around you and strategically respond proactively to any creative curve balls thrown your way.


  • Manage company performance strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Growing and scaling the Performance Marketing team
  • Understand audience and customer demographics to find opportunities for both new customer acquisition
  • Market analysis to identify new routes to market and brands
  • Creating consistent, on-brand imagery, video and GIF content that is commercial, innovative, fresh and on trend.
  • Leading the wider creative team to develop exciting creative concepts through thought-provoking ideas and visual applications
  • Communicating briefs in a timely manner, whilst managing time efficiently and prioritising workload accordingly
  • Combining commercial awareness with creative execution, keeping the target customer at the centre of all creative solutions
  • Confident working with a wide range of media, including photography, illustration, animation, and video footage
  • Superb attention to detail, strong proof-reading skills to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Keeping up with industry trends and best practice

About you:

  • 5 + years’ experience as a Creative Director with a proven track record of high performance
  • Strong leadership and mentoring qualities a must
  • A portfolio that includes exceptional big ideas across various industries in particular Construction
  • Proven ability to deliver ROI from performance marketing campaigns
  • Extensive hands-on performance marketing experience
