Functional Skills Curriculul Lead

Our client is ann established London based training provider with a track record of successfully supporting a wide range of learners to improve their functional skills and support learners into employment . 

The psot holder will be requored to lead  a team of functional skills professionals to deliver an outstanding learner experience .

Duties include : Performance and opeartional management of a team 

Development of curriculm materials and learning routes 

Completion of tutor observations and learner walkthroughs to continue to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
