Job Title:  Customer Service Advisor

Location:   Farnborough

Salary:     £9.77 per hour

Hours:      Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5pm

Contract:   Temporary with a view to permanent after 12 weeks

Our client is a national logistics organisation and due to an increase in workload is looking for customer service advisors to join their team. You will be working on a customer campaign who specialises in workwear attire and equipment on an international basis.

You will be responsible for speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, assisting with orders and queries, ensuring that you always provide a first-class service.

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Processing enquiries from business customers
• Taking incoming calls from the public
• Making outbound calls to businesses and consumers
• Dealing with any return enquiries
• Provide accurate information on products available
• Entering information onto company database
• Overseeing accounts from adding quotations to chasing payments

As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:

• MS Office experience
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service orientated
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous contact centre experience desirable
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
