Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Hours: 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm


Our client is a property maintenance organisation and is looking for a customer service administrator who would be keen on progressing into a Key Account Manager role in the future.

You will be reporting into the maintenance surveyors to ensure all project information is updated.

No previous experience is required, full training will be provided to the right candidate. As long as you have a can do attitude and are willing to learn, then this may be the role for you!

Day to day duties will include the following:
* Responding to emails and telephone calls
* Providing general administration support
* Updating engineer schedules
* Preparing paperwork
* Keeping clients updated with on-going works or bookings

As an individual you will need the following experience:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Computer literate
* Microsoft office experience
* Must be confident in their own abilities
* Can do attitude
* Innovative thinking
* Team player
