Accounts Assistant

Job Title: Accounts Assistant  
Location: Coventry
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
 
Workforce are currently working with a Manufacturing business in the search for an Accounts Assistant to join their small friendly finance team. You will be working closely with the Accounts Manager working mainly within Purchase Ledger and Payroll.

Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring costs are accurately recorded against purchase orders, matching to delivery notes and posting to Sage
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Being the first point of contact with suppliers on supplier query resolution
Prepare monthly supplier payment runs, ensuring remittances are sent to the supplier
Assist with posting payments & allocations
Assisting with the completion of payroll

 
You will need:

Sage Payroll experience
Worked previously within an SME environment
Self-motivated
Ability to work accurately on an independent basis always giving attention to detail
