Job Title: Assistant Account Handler
Location: Malvern
Salary: £18,525 to £20,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm

Our client is looking to expand their commercial department by growing the account handlers' team.

Day to day duties will include the following:
* To provide administration support
* Provide guidance to clients and answer basic claims queries
* To handle renewals and meet all standards
* Working alongside other teams to ensure clients are receiving excellent communication
* To maintain client relationships

As an individual you will need the following experience:
* Excellent administration skills
* GCSE English and Maths
* 2 A 'Levels passed at Grade C
* Experience using Microsoft Office programmes
* Ability to work as an individual and within a team
