Job Title: Counterbalance Driver                            Location: Rugby

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday                             Hours: 7:00am– 3:00pm

Salary: £10.25 per hour                                           Overtime: £12.81 per hour

What’s the job?

  • Checking quality of lightweight materials on a workstation.
  • Utilising Counterbalance to move stock throughout factory.
  • Maintaining a production line to ensure it is running smoothly.
  • Use of shrink wrap equipment to complete the orders before delivery.
  • Rework on pallets, stacking materials and disposing any damaged goods when required.
  • Working with a small friendly team.
  • Completing tasks given by line leader/supervisors.

 

Who can do this?

  • Polite and professional manner towards colleagues and management.
  • Good time management.
  • Must have in date valid Counterbalance licence.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both alone and as part of a team.
  • Good level of spoken and written English is essential.
  • Experience in production environment is beneficial, but full training will be given.
  • Weekly lateral flow tests must be done before attending site.
