Customer Service Co-ordinator

salary £20,000 - £23,000 Per annum 

Our client is a well-known company that has been established for over 20 years. The office holds a family atmosphere and enthusiasm to do more with less while staying dependable and accountable. This role is primarily a client facing role, responsible for delivery of project co-ordination activities for Customer business on behalf of our clients Business partners, ensures that clients needs are met as the project evolves, with responsibility to the Projects Team Leader.

This job description details the role expected, but not limited to a Project Coordinator:
Day to day Duties:
• Single point of contact for day to day request activities/queries
• Stock Management
• Monthly Billing
• Change management process
• Attend Governance meetings/conference calls
• Communications management
• Manage/Maintain service risks and issues
• Attend and produce reports for the service review meetings (on or offsite).
• Ensuring cost effective delivery of service
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt and dispatch of goods
• Producing regular progress reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone in a timely manner
• Forming / developing good relationships with work colleagues
• Adhere, always, to company policies and procedures
• Maintaining computerised admin (often in spreadsheet form)
• To maintain work areas as befits the professionalism of the department
• Must be prepared to work a certain amount of overtime when required to do so
• Travel may be required.

• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision, and how the Projects Team contributes to these.

• We offer payment for driver training or relevant qualifications
• We buy lunch or breakfast every other week on Friday
• Bonus is one weeks salary at xmas (pro rata for time served)
• Shut down for a week over xmas
• We pay all staff weekly (no week in hand only overtime in arrears)
• We offer time off in leu for any that would preferred not to be paid over time or just bank extra days.
