Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Pay Rate: £10.57 per hour
Location: Bromsgrove
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 3:30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join them through their busy trading period on a temporary basis.
Day to day duties will include the following:
* Processing customer orders
* Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries enthusiastically
* Cross-selling to customers when they phone in and offering them promotions
* Proactively resolving customer queries
* Customer service duties and office admin duties
* Other admin duties as and when required

As an individual you will need the following experience:
* Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

* Being professional and flexible
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Performs well under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
