Trainee Estate Agents - Solicitor Based

Job Title: Trainee Estate Agents                                                 Location: Sheldon

Shift: Monday – Thursday and 1 in 2 Saturdays                          Hours: 9:00-5:30 (9:30-4:30 Saturdays)

Pay Rate: £18,500 + DPOE                                                           

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Estate Agent to join a fantastic Firm in Sheldon. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of Estate Agency and you will be provided with all the relevant training and development.

This is a permanent full time position but part time may be considered for the right person. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

What’s your average day?

• Dealing with all client enquiries
• Booking and attending viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Agreeing sales and progressing them through to completion

Who can do this?

• A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential
• Must be IT literate (Microsoft office, internet and emails)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
