Job Title: Finance Assistant – Purchase Ledger
Hours: 8:15-5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15-3.30pm Friday
Workforce are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant to join our clients Purchase Ledger team.
This role is looking for someone who can start immediately.
- Updating the purchase ledger on a daily basis whilst maintaining consistent coding of invoices.
- Preparation of invoice query file for month end accruals.
- Ensuring capital expenditure project file is updated.
- Updating the plant maintenance invoice and order file.
- Completing supplier reconciliation’s after month end.
- Provide accurate coding of supplier invoices and seek approval of invoices for payment.
You will need previous Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable experience
