Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Redditch
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Due to expansion, our client who specialises within the construction sector, is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team supporting the Accounts Manager on a daily basis. Experience in a similar role is essential, as well as good attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Process a high number of supplier invoices
- Prepare weekly payment run
- Ensure all customer refunds are paid in a timely manner
- Manage the invoicing of concessions
- Prepare monthly purchase ledger reconciliation
- Deal with supplier queries
- Provide ad hoc reporting to senior management as required
Key skills
- Experience working with Xero
- Strong Purchase ledger background
- Intermediate MS Office particularly Excel
- Previous experience working within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
