Senior Credit Controller

Job Title: Senior Credit Controller 
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Workforce are currently working with a Manufacturing business based in Redditch in the search for a new Senior Credit Controller to join their team.

As an Senior Credit Controller  you will be responsible for:

• Running credit checks on new and potential customers
• Improving and implementing debt collection policies and other regulations
• Ensuring deadlines for invoicing and payment collection are met
• Monitoring the invoicing and money collection processes
• Timely collection of payments
• Training and mentoring of staff members in the department
• Resolving internal and external queries
• Liaising with Internal members of staff
• Processing payments – GBP, EUR & USD

 
Requirements

• Experience working with SAP
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages; strong experience working with Excel
• Credit Control Experience
• Confident and outgoing approach to work
• Strong telephone and email communications
