Job Title: Stores Person                                                      Location: Stourport On Severn

Shift: Monday - Friday                                                        Hours: 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: £10.32ph

What’s the job?

• The data entry of requisitions, job cards and bill of materials to the stock system.
• The completion and allocation of production job cards and issuing to the relevant departments.
• The preparation of production schedules for stock manufacture.
• Offloading, inspection, safe storage, identification, and rotation of stock components in works areas.
• The prompt issue of production components to respective departments to maintain production continuity
• The co-ordination of scrap metal and general waste skip collections

Who can do this?

• Previous experience of factory or manufacturing work
• Previous Stores experience (essential)
• Forklift Counterbalance license (desirable not essential)
• Hands on person, able to work equally well with shopfloor and management.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to display flexibility.
• Strong work ethic.
