Job Title: Travel Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redditch
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
1 Saturday in 4 with a day off in the week
Our client is a leading travel specialist and due to expansion is looking for Customer service advisors join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. Immediate start available for the right candidates.
The focus will be to provide an excellent service to customers on a day to day basis to help drive the business forward.
Day to day duties will include the following:
- Responding to online booking enquiries from the website
- Responding to customer call back queries from website
- Dealing with any other incoming customer queries
- Informing customers of any changes to bookings
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Previous customer service or sales experience essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Pro-active and motivated approach to work
- Computer literate
- Positive, friendly, enthusiastic personality
