>  THE OPPORTUNITY

Working as part of a team of business development professionals across Europe, selling directly into large OEMs, the role will grow our business in important, existing, new, and emerging markets by building strong relationships with target customers, and managing the sales cycle through to completion. You will be a strong negotiator and able to inspire a team, setting your own daily agenda, alongside the teams to deliver on the agreed targets that align with the company’s sales strategy.

>  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In technical pre-sale, you support the sales department with RfQ's and tenders, by phone, meeting, e-mail with recommendation and cost calculation
  • In your position, you are the link between the sales, engineering, development and customer contact interface departments (clarification of open questions)
  • You define technical solution, maximum scope and create feasibility studies
  • In addition to the definition of the project schedule, implementation roadmap (for prototypes), risk analyses with final recommendation (participation yes/no), your tasks include stakeholder analysis (strengths and weaknesses of all participants) and the identification of personnel resources for major projects or special developments.
  • Visit our customers or exchange ideas with them via participation in telephone or video conferences
  • When the order is received, she takes care of the integration management of all departments involved in the company as well as stakeholder management and communication management in cooperation with sales (milestone reports, documentation to customers)

>  Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering (diploma / masters), energy technology or high – energy physics, alternatively technician with more than 5 years of professional experience, focus on electronics or power electronics is desirable.
  • High professional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with hands – no mentality
  • Decision maker
  • Fluent in English.
