Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Coventry
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Workforce are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their client based in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced finance team within a well-known business. Due to the location own transport is required. 
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Process a high number of supplier invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment run
  • Ensure all customer refunds are paid in a timely manner
  • Manage the invoicing of concessions
  • Prepare monthly purchase ledger reconciliation
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to senior management as required

Key skills

  • Strong Purchase ledger background
  • Intermediate MS Office particularly Excel
  • Experience of cash management
  • Previous experience working within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
