Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Rate of pay: £22,500 - £23,500 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Sunday 8am – 5pm Working any 5 out of 7 days
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Good In and outbound Operation.
- Making sure that all team members are fully trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure all daily tasks are carried out to the desired level.
- To maintain high standards of stock checks, inventory, investigation and operations effectively and accurately.
- Manage the inbound and outbound delivery schedule in conjunction with warehouse management
- To closely work with the Warehouse Management team to optimize performance capabilities.
- Work closely with associated teams.
- Ensure right people, right time
- Complete people tasks – absence etc
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced and high volume environment and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Be adaptable to changes and work towards resolutions to problems that arise.
- Computer literate
