Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Berkswell, Coventry
Duration: 6-month contract
Workforce are currently looking for a Sales Administrator on a 6 month contract to join an international manufacturing business.
As a Sales Administrator you will:
- General office administration
- Providing customer service to all retailers, customers and sales staff
- Answering incoming calls and handling technical enquiries
- Dealing with and resolving customer issues/ warranty claims
- Processing customer orders and liaising with transport companies
- Dispatching all direct/ parts orders via courier
- Preparing reports using MS office
- Stock control and inventory management
- Preparation for, and attendance if needed, at trade shows and events
