Salary: £10.50 Per Hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm Reporting to: Team Leader
Temporary Cover (6 weeks to 12 weeks)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within UK market leader company based in their Redditch office. The family run company was founded 30 years ago. They offer customers our full support every step of the way. and providing solutions that are tailor-made to meet your needs. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis.

• Make daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and installers during installations.
• Receive phone calls from customers answering any general enquiries and complaints, all of which must be dealt with swiftly and appropriately with understanding and empathy
• Demonstrate a strong team-work attitude in ensuring the cluster region delivers a high level of customer experience
• Liaise with Project Managers in the cluster region
• Be positive and confident in communicating with direct report Team Leader & non direct reports
• Work towards and achieve targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the cluster region
• Log service calls and issue with assignment number in CRM system
• Ensure remedials are completed to customers satisfactions before signing jobs off
• Accurately update systems and reports
• Monitor and track status of all installs been allocated to within the cluster region
• Execute all elements of the installation process to provide extraordinary customer experience
• Be the point of contact to follow-up any issues arising during installations in the cluster region
• Undertake the collection of monies from customers related to installations in the cluster region
• Support to ensure any outstanding works are completed within a reasonable time-period
• Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure on-time payments are made
• Support in the complaints process (where applicable) to ensure complaints are closed down quickly

• Excellent communication engagement skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
• Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook
• Experience of dealing with customer complaints
• Debt collection

• Previous experience of working within the service engineering industry
• Knowledge and understanding of UK postcodes
