This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is looking to work within a busy team and a progressive and forward-thinking company.


Day to Day Duties:
* Daily contact with existing customers
* Contact with customers via email and telephone
* Processing orders via Sage
* Processing returns/credits via Sage
* Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
* Adaptability and organisational skills
* Experience of Microsoft office
* Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
* Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
