Accounts Assistant

18k - 22k Per year

8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

 

My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist with various roles within the office accounts department. You must have experience within an accounts or finance role, however this is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills further.

 

Day to day duties:

  • Checking and inputting invoices
  • Data entry on the in house system
  • Resolving and processing credit notes
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Various administration duties
  • Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger
  • Credit control duties

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience using Sage 50 is advantageous 
  • Experience in credit control or a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Qualified or working towards an AAT qualification
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisation with a high attention to detail
