Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Farnborough

Pay Rate: £24,0000-£30,000

Shifts: Monday to Sunday - 8am to 8pm - Only 40 hours per week - Very Flexible


Day to Day Duties:

Our client requires an experienced Customer Service Team Leaders join their team.


We need people who are patient, caring and have the ability to handle difficult situations. You will have the responsibility of managing a team who will be contacting the general public.


Day to Day duties will include the following: 

-Supporting a large customer service team to resolve issues.

-Must be able to empathise and have a caring nature.

-Be highly organised and have the ability to motivate your team.

-Computer literate and able to complete data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

-Demonstrate excellent customer services and communication skills across the business.

-Have a good eye for detail and accuracy under pressure.

-The ability to manage priorities, multi-task and achieve deadlines.

-Responding to enquiries via email or over the phone.

-Be a team player as well as working on own initiative.

-People management experience at a supervisory level, preferable but not essential.

-Flexible in regards to shift patterns. 


Skills & Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

- Strong interpersonal skills and/or previous experience working in a customer service managerial based role.

- The ability to maintain calm under pressure.

- Undertake tasks with speed and accuracy.

- Have a 'can do' attitude.

- Ideally minimum of 2 years Team Leader experience.
