We are looking for a passionate, business focused Production Scheduler to join our successful team.



This is a pivotal role in the professional satisfaction of customer orders within agreed timelines. Taking responsibility for ensuring effectively scheduling of resource the role must identify gaps and bottlenecks within the delivery process.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager this role is ideal for an aspirational professional who wants to develop and make an impact across a multi-faceted, dynamic business.



  • Implement the new scheduling software into the business
  • Create weekly production/customisation plans to optimise throughput and meet customer delivery dates
  • Working with the sales and sales administration departments to fill gaps and advise lead times
  • Manage the scheduling system, ensuring alignment with the customisation sites
  • Performance analysis of the schedule against actual output, reporting business KPI’s for each department
  • Prevent potential bottlenecks through the identification of customisation/production resource gaps
  • Highlight any gaps in parts, attachments, buckets or third party supplies that will have an impact on delivery
  • Working with purchasing and/or warehousing to advise on changes in schedules


  • Experience in a planning function, possibly within a manufacturing or high value capital goods business
  • Excellent IT skills, must be experienced in scheduling systems and Excel
  • Confident communication skills

  • Salary £28,000-£32,000
