Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator
From £9.48 Per Hour - Depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Temporary (9 months)

Day to Day Duties:
* Answering incoming phone calls and enquires/queries, regarding orders, stock, and product information
* Processing sales orders on SAP business One System
* Using Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Producing reports to assist sales team
* General office administration duties
* Assisting the external sales team sending out samples and catalogues

Experience & Skills:
* Previous Customer Service & Administration
* Experience working with a Sales Administration (Advantageous)
* Previous experience using SAP (Desirable)
* Microsoft Office 365 experience
* Proactive
* Team player
