Training Supervisor

40 / per week - Full-Time



Temporary ongoing position 

Remote working 

£25,000 a year 

40 hours a week 

Monday-Friday 8.30am - 17.30pm (1 hour lunch)


Manage the induction program for all government campaigns, including planning, delivery, logging and evaluation

Manage the upskill and sign off of new Client Trainers, ensuring that they demonstrate the required delivery standards ahead of them delivering unsupervised

Conduct a minimum of one observation per day on signed off Client Trainer’s that are in training delivery

Document feedback from all observations and conduct coaching and feedback sessions with all Client Trainers with a view to improve training delivery

Complete monthly 121’s for all direct reports

Support the L&D Manager in identifying gaps in training, and suggest effective remedial action

Manage client updates that impact training, ensuring changes are updated into training material where necessary and Client Trainers are fully briefed of any changes

Store the FAQ’s in the learning Portals so that the most up to date copy is always available for Client Trainers and Learners.

Liaise with NHS management teams and utilise all internal training documents in the induction training.

Support the L&D Manager with attending client calls as and when required

Mange the evaluation of training, ensuring that feedback from Operations, the Client and the Client Trainers is used to agree actions

Provide regular feedback to payroll regarding training attendance and where necessary liaise with Workforce.


You will need;

A minimum of two years working within a Contact Centre training department

Experience of supervising or managing a Training team is essential

Experience of upskilling a new team is desirable

Experience of virtual training delivery is desirable

Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with stakeholders
