Job title: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
Our client requires a Legal Secretary to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Provide a professional service to all clients
You must be computer literate, able to type up letters and documentation with accuracy and speed
You must have a minimum of 1-2 years` experience working as a Secretary or PA.
Legal knowledge is an advantage.
You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE`s (or equivalent)
Diary management experience, office experience is essential for this position.
You will need to possess good time management skills and be dependable.
Strong spelling and grammar skills.
You must have excellent organisational skills
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Excellent customer service attitude
• You must be meticulous, have a high attention to detail• Be a team player as well as working on own initiative
• General administration duties as required
• You must be personable and able to deal with people on all levels.
