Resource Planner - Call Centre
Job Title: Resource Planner
This is a bring your on device role, therefore candidates must have their own Windows 8 or 10 PC or laptop (Mac's, Apple, IPad and Chromebook devices are not supported)
Temporary, ongoing with a possibility of permanent employment
Location: London. Remote working
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Sunday shifts between 7am-11pm
Salary: £25000 per annum
Working closely with the Resource Planning Manager, Account Manager and other members of the Operational Management Team, the Resource Planner will be responsible for managing departmental resources against agreed demand profiles.
This will involve creating and managing call centre staff schedules, attending client meetings and being involved in both the forecasting and real-time management functions of the department.
Day to day duties will include:
Creating weekly capacity plans
Ensuring schedules are created and published to meet intraday performance targets
Attend daily/weekly client calls to present and discuss current resourcing position
All intraday reporting is completed accurately
Assisting with short, medium and long term forecasting process
Work closely with the Resource Planning Manager to control attrition and recruitment pipeline
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Previous experience of using Nice WFM system or equivalent
Excellent data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal skills
