Business Development/Sales Administrator

Temp to Perm
40 / per week - Full-Time

Supporting the Business Development & Sales Managers and performing clerical duties such as:

  • Management of the CRM system (SalesForce)
  • Completing administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications
  • Ensuring that all of the KPI measurements are up to date and accurate:
    • Pipeline tracker
    • RFQ tracker
    • SLA monitor
    • Contract Renewal
    • Customer credit status
  • Reporting weekly / monthly sales results to the Sales team using CRM system
  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Managing Sales enquiries and Lead allocation
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Customer visit preparation
  • Support Marketing activity
  • Organisation of International travel
  • General Administrative tasks – including meeting minutes
  • QMS Document Control
  • Marketing merchandise stock management
  • Administrative and logistical coordination of Sales & BD events with clients
  • Take any other reasonable task as instructed
  • Arrangement of Sales Appointments
