Customer Care Complaints Handler

Our client are looking for a Customer Care Complaints Handler to join their highly professional and motivated Customer Care team, to provide outstanding support and services to their customers and clients.

The day to day duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Fielding and processing written and phone enquiries

- Managing some large client account portfolios

- Consistently demonstrating quality teamwork and a positive attitude

- Upholding the aim and values of the business

- Actively contributing to the achievement of team and individual KPI's

- Becoming an expert in the use of our bespoke systems, service specific knowledge and communication skills, through training and personal development programmes


To apply for this role, you have the following experience and skills:

- Experience in a customer care role, including complaints handling

- You must have excellent self-organisation skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise

- To be an enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' outlook

- The ability to make decisions and judgement calls

- You must be approachable, knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with customers on the phone

- Able to delight our customers, helping to restore their faith in the company

- Excellent listening skills and empathy

- Experience of following policies and procedures

- Strong IT skills

- A positive mindset

- Exceptional communication skills

- Experience in social media complaint resolution is desirable
