Job Title: Transport Co-ordinator
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for coordinating the transport office.
Day to day duties will include the following:
-To ensure the transport department is effective and undertakes the administration required
-Dealing with telephone enquiries and directing as required
-Maintain and update the transport administration system
-Assisting with legal paperwork
-Processing collection and delivery information
-Ensuring drivers have the correct paperwork
As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
-Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
-Have good organizational and communicative skills
-Previous experience in a similar role desirable
-Fast and accurate keyboard skills
