Salary: £25,000 Circa - salary depending on experience
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm and 2 Saturdays a month
An exciting, new opportunity has arisen within an expanding local estate agency. The client is ideally looking for an experienced candidate who know the local area to assist the set-up of a brand new branch.

Day to day duties will include the following:
* Arrange valuations
* Taking valuation calls
* Carrying out accompanied viewings
* Negotiating deals
* Matching properties to clients
* Providing a good customer service
* General administration
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Previous experience within a similar environment is desirable
*knowledge of the Northfield area is essential
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Looking for a career within the estate agency industry
* Must be fast learner
* Proactive personality
