We are supporting the Kickstart Scheme and searching for our next superstar to join our fantastic HR Team.

You will be supporting a thriving HR function keeping the admin running smoothly ensuring that the HR Team and Recruitment team are supported.

Role purpose:

• You will be responsible for creating attractive job adverts and visuals and placing them on various media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter
• You will manage social media engagement for prospective candidates by creating relevant content to share across all platforms showcasing Sigma Financials values
• You will use attractive visuals as a way of marketing Sigma Financial as an employer of choice
• You’ll monitor the effectiveness of each recruitment channel and create meaningful reports to feedback where is working best to attract great candidates from
• You will partner with the recruitment team to drive candidate applications for various recruitment drives

As a Person:

• The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive
• You will have a great understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
• You understand and can use Canva, Photoshop or similar to design posts and creative visuals
• You’re creative and like to put forward ideas
