Job Title: Transport Administrator

Location: Coleshill

Hourly Rate: £10ph

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 19:00


Workforce are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis to cover a period of long-term sickness.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of documents for drivers
  • Effectively deal with transport queries
  • Coordinate and managing drivers and their hours
  • Contacting logistics partners across the country to arrange loads
  • Transport planning
  • Maintain contact with existing
  • Booking jobs on online platforms
  • General data entry


You will need:

  • Experience with Roadrunner, SEB, or Microlise
  • Well organised and good communication skill
  • The ability to solve the problems
  • Good knowledge of the road freight industry, distribution, supply chain management
  • Experience in logistics industry is a must have
  • Excellent IT skills
