Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week, some flexibility on start/finish times
Our Client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for some to start asap.
They are a family run company based in a modern factory estate on the edge of Park Farm in Redditch.
This will be a full time position. The working hours are 37.5 hours a week (with some flexibility on start/finish times) Monday to Friday. Starting salary is £21,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience.
Duties will include;
*Processing purchase invoices
*Supplier payment runs
*Collecting and marking off payments
*Answering telephone and dealing with general queries
*Resolving invoice queries
*Support with credit control
*Balancing bank accounts
*Setting up staff wage payments
*Monitoring Sickness / Holidays
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Accounts and Payroll experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*Great communication skills and works well in a team
*Excellent IT skills
