Job Title: Administrator

Location: Coventry

Salary:   £17,000 - £19,000

Hours:   Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00

                Friday 08:30 – 16:30


Workforce are working with a contractor business based in Coventry who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. This position will be a maternity cover for 9 months with the potential to make the role permanent.


As an Administrator you will:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the business
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Document control both internally and externally
  • Updating internal systems
  • Data Management
  • Manage process and procedures
  • Main point of contact for internal and external contacts


As an Administrator you will have:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Able to work independently with own initiative
  • Proactive approach and organised methodology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
