Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Compile internal traceability reports for export documentation requirements
  • Populate customer export databases with product traceability data
  • Monitor raw material supplier export data and certification requirements to ensure full finished product export technical legal compliance
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and system providers to ensure accurate data completion at all levels
  • Prepare and process documentation for vet / certification officer support attestation / certificate generation visits
  • Analyse and report on factory technical paperwork to drive compliance to a high standard
  • Work with all factory departments to ensure compliance in traceability and record keeping for all factory paperwork
  • Support Technical Management with administrative tasks and improvements to ensure Technical systems are compliant with required third party audit and customer code of practise standards
  • To be a key member of the site audit traceability team
  • Work positively and cross functionally with all departments to drive continuous improvement in export and technical compliance systems
  • Fully understand and comply with all department and company policies and guidelines
  • Any other duties and projects that may be assigned as deemed necessary to the needs of the business.

  • Daily export documentation – 100% Accuracy
  • Monitor factory paperwork compliance producing daily reports
  • Traceability reporting
