CNC Miller Programmer Setter (Afternoon Shift)
 
Our client based in Warwickshire is recruiting a CNC Programmer setter operator who can program online using heidenhain controls. 
 
What we are looking for:
Must be able to Program from scratch at the machine using Heidenhain controls 
A minimum of 5 years experience CNC Milling using Heidenhain controls
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Skilled machining experience to produce work to a very high standard
Able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of work-holding methods, tool selection and understand cutting parameters
Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
Previous experience in precision engineering/manufacturing is essential
Time served apprenticeship or a high level of experience in machining
Preferably will have experience machining very large components, experience with cranes would be a bonus!
 
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week (4 day week)
Monday to Thursday- Afternoon shift available
(Friday – Overtime, subject to workload)
Benefits: £15.00 + Shift Allowance
