£20,000 - £25,000 D.O.E

Full time direct employment

Increased holiday entitlement with service (up to 33 days holiday per annum)

The Role – Trainee Project / Contracts Manager

*The below is the role that you will eventually be trained to undertake

Managing a team of direct trades

Managing multiple sites at values from £1,500 - £100,000

Covering a 70 mile radius around the Ferris UK office in Redditch

Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service 

Surveying fire and flood damaged properties and producing a scope of works for repair

Scheduling trades with a level of fine control over day to day activities


 The Candidate – Trainee Project / Contracts Manager


Must be able to get along with customers and team members

Have a desire to learn and progress

To help other members of the team progress by passing on experience and teaching



Skills – Project / Contracts Manager

At least 5 years’ construction experience or construction related qualification (diploma level or above)

Must have a full UK driving licence

Insurance industry knowledge are advantageous but not necessary

Strong IT skills essential
