Customer Advisor

Permanent contract with 3 month probationary period

Location: Initially working from home/Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £17,112.50-£17,538 (up to £19,338 OTE)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Main purpose of the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, our customers will be relying on you.

You’ll need to take responsibility to get things right first time, or figure out how to fix it when it isn’t. We take everything as a learning curve, so you’ll need to think fast, take responsibility, and use your initiative. It’s fast paced, so never a dull moment as you face new challenges every day! This is not your traditional call centre role; with little to none hierarchy we trust people to take their own initiative and do the right thing.
We’re looking for people with great communication and listening skills, which you can demonstrate from any previous Customer Service roles.

Someone who loves working and interacting with people in a fun, fast paced environment. Who has great communication skills, and can get the best from every situation. Someone who loves learning, and takes every opportunity to be given feedback and use it to improve, and who enjoys the challenge of working to targets and seeing your performance improve.
You will need to be comfortable using a PC and speaking over the phone.
