Location: Working from home (Eventually working in central Birmingham).
Salary: £18,560 (£18,960 after passing probation)
Hours: 37-40 per week - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00
Our client is an award winning provider of outsource services and due to expansion is looking to recruit experienced collections advisors with business to business experience, to join their growing team. Day to day duties will include the following: Speaking with business customers in financial services regarding credit accounts from various sectors. Responding to balance and payment requests. Dealing with store queries from retailers regarding complex refunds and investigations. As a person you will need the following qualities and experience: Previous business to business customer service experience within contact / call centre environment is required. Ideally a background in the energy sector. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work within a fast paced environment. Loves learning and happy to receive feedback daily regarding performance. Must be computer literate / Have good PC skills. Enjoys the challenge of working to targets. The ability to work within a team and on their own initiative.
