HGV Class 2 Driver days

🚛 Class 2 HGV Driver – Pallet force Multi-Drop
Location: Uddingston / Glasgow
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing Work

We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver for Pallet force multi-drop deliveries on a Wednesday to Friday rota, based out of our Uddingston/Glasgow depot.

This role involves palletised deliveries to commercial customers across the region, all deliveries are tail lift, with pallet pump truck handball on and off the vehicle.

Shift available

• Wednesday to Friday. Start 08:00, finish between 16:00 to 18:00 dependent on the routes.

Day pay rates

• Monday – Friday £15.75
• Overtime paid at £22.00 (after 8 hours per shift)

The Role

• Class 2 palletised multi-drop deliveries.
• Typically 8–12 drops per day.
• Day shifts with early starts.
• Local and regional routes.
• Vehicle checks and completion of PODs.
• Professional interaction with customers.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous multi-drop pallet network experience preferred.
• Confident using tail lift.
• Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and road transport rules.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
