We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in AMESBURY on a temporary basis, with guaranteed work over the Christmas period.

🔄 Shift Patterns Available  

• 06:00-16:30 4on 3off Friday to Monday 
• 08:00-16:30 5 on 2off - Wednesday to Sunday 
• 22:00-06:30 Unloader 5on 2off Monday to Friday 

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
• Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
• Report any trailer defects or stock issues

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Cold store/chilled warehouse experience with VOICE PICKING experience preferred
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Motivated, positive, and proactive

💰 Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):

Day pay rates apply between 04:00-18:00:

• Monday – Friday £12.66 (overtime after 40hrs £18.99)
• Saturday £15.83
• Sunday £18.99
• Bank Holidays £25.32

Nights pay rates apply between 18:00-04:00:

• Monday – Friday £15.58 (overtime after 40hrs £23.37)
• Saturday £19.48
• Sunday £23.37
• Bank Holidays £31.16

Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
