🚛 HGV Class 1 Driver – Willenhall

Join a long-established and respected food retail, wholesale, and distribution business—operating since 1917 and proudly recognised as the largest SPAR distribution centre in the UK. We’re looking for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join our busy depot in Willenhall - Immediate start for successful candidates.

🔹 The role

• Store deliveries (cages)
• 3–10 drops per day
• Long term, on-going position 
• Supportive team and modern fleet

🔹 Shift Pattern

• Day shift: Start between 12:00-14:00
• 5 days out of 7 (excluding Thursdays)
• Approx. 10-hour shifts

💷 Pay Rates

Day Shifts:

• Mon–Fri: £17.00/hr
• Saturday: £20.00/hr
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £21.00/hr

Night Shifts:

• Mon–Fri: £18.00/hr
• Saturday: £20.00/hr
• Sunday & Bank Holidays: £22.00/hr

Only 45-minute break deducted per shift!

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 6 months’ experience
• In-date DIGI and CPC cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Good reversing skills
• A reliable, motivated, and professional attitude

🚚 Your Responsibilities

• Drive safely and legally within WTD & EU regulations
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and refuelling
• Prepare vehicles for delivery
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure on-time, complete deliveries
