Pay Rate: £14.98 – £15.84 per hour
Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
  Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re Hiring a TIG Welder!

On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturer, we’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their growing team. This is a permanent position offering great hours, excellent working conditions, and long-term stability for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG weld light gauge steel and aluminium (3mm–12mm) to a high standard.

• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.

• Self-inspect welds to ensure compliance with required tolerances.

• Work safely and independently while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.

• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished components before final inspection.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ TIG welding experience.

• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings.

• Welder certification to BS EN ISO 9606-1 & 9606-2 is essential.

• NVQ Level qualification in Welding or Fabrication (preferred but not essential).

• A strong communicator with a proactive and safety-first attitude.
